Join us in supporting Dylan's Rare Chromosome Dream Team Inc., as we raise funds to further research and increase awareness of Rare Chromosome and Gene Disorders. Inspired by the brave journey of two-year-old Dylan Nikol, we founded this organization to shine a light on the rare and little-understood condition of 6p duplication (partial trisomy 6). With extremely limited research and scarce literature available, Dylan's story embodies the spirit of others who navigate the unknowns of chromosomal disorders, as the impacts on development and health remain predominantly unknown.

Our mission is to inform, support and alleviate the isolation of anyone affected by a rare chromosome disorder, copy number variant or single gene disorder associated with learning disability/developmental delay and to raise public awareness.
